Summer Camp Job Opportunities 2008

We are starting our search for paid summer camp staff for the summer of 2008. If you enjoy working with kids while being outside in the fresh air and you are over the age of 18, then here is a list of jobs for you! Look over the list and find the job that fits you best.  These jobs are great for college students looking for work experience.  These positions are paid, but if you prefer to volunteer for necessary school hours or internships, arrangements can be made.

 Counselors, Lifeguards, and Activity Assistants

Must have or willing to:

· Experience working with children and young adults and be 18 years of age

· Ability to accept supervision and guidance

· Ability to supervise children

· Ability to work with children outdoors

· Ability to assist in teaching activities

· Patience, self-control, and enthusiasm for the job

· Current lifeguard certification (lifeguard only)

· Current CPR and first aid certifications (lifeguard only)

 All positions:

· Must attend pre-camp training

· Must attend post-camp clean-up

· Required to sleep outside on occasion

· Seasonal/temporary position

· Bussing to day camps for kids is provided, so transportation is possible from Green Bay to our camps. You will be required to ride the bus to help with supervision of children.

· You will be paid in full at the end of all summer sessions

· All food is provided for staff

· Salaries range from $75-$100 per session worked

· Friday, July 4-Sunday, July 6 (She & Me camp, 2 sessions)

· Friday, July 11-Sunday, July 13 (She & Me camp, 2 sessions)

· Friday, July 18-Sunday, July 20 (She and Me camp, 2 sessions)

· Friday, July 25-Sunday, July 27 (She and Me camp, 2 sessions)

· Sunday, August 3 (Day camp, 1 session)

· Saturday, August 9-Sunday, August 10 (CORE camp, 1 session)
