Here's how you can bring a friend to
Lac Baie Council Programs!
Have you ever wanted to attend a
program but no one else in your Troop wanted to go? Have you been worried to
sign up for camp because you may not know anyone there? We have the solution to
all of your problems! You can sign up a friend to join you at all Girl Scout
programs without having to join a Troop. All you need to do is follow the simple
directions below.
INSTRUCTIONS
| 1. Complete the Program Event
Registration Form for each program you and your friend would like to
attend. |
| 2. Each of you need to complete the current Parent
Permission Form. Check all the programs that you are interested in
attending and have the form signed by a parent or guardian. |
| 3. Mail the Registration Form and
Parent Permission Form with the event fee for each of you plus an
additional $10 for your friend’s membership fee to: |

| 4. We will mail a confirmation to
your friend along with the Girl Scout Membership Registration Form and a
Health History Form. Your friend will need to fill out both forms and
return them to the council office within a week of receiving the forms. |
