Being a new girl at school is always a challenge. Girls apply our
welcoming tradition with this patch by openly introducing a new girl to
their school and the friendship of Girl Scouting. |

a strategy for staying safe in dangerous situations.

This program provides an opportunity for
increased communication of thoughts, feelings, and ideas between female
parent/guardian and the girl scout.

Breast Cancer Awareness
The American Cancer Society and the Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council teamed
up to educate young women about breast cancer.

Bring a friend
Girls, invite someone to discover the fun, friendship and exploration of
Girl Scouting. This is your chance to bring a friend to a Girl Scout
event.

Community Kindness
Girls will turn an interest or hobby into a community service project by
matching their abilities with agencies in need.

Cool in School
Community Spirit is the Girl Scout Way! Troops offer to take on a
project for their school that is important to them and their school.

Each girl takes the opportunity to focus on the unique and special things
that make her...HER!

It's GR8 2 Connect
Families who enjoy Girl Scouting together participate in more troop
activities. This patch encourages troops and their families to connect
and create activities together.

Girls learn how to recognize potential healthy friendships and then how to
make friends and be a good friend.

Me and My Senior Pal
This patch gives troops the the opportunity to socialize with with
another generation while brightening the day of a senior pal.

Girl Scouts Rule! Show your Girl Scout pride by planning and/or
helping with recruitment efforts at school.

Challenge yourself to be the best you can be as a Super Troop!

Girls will take the lead on activities and sharing for an event that
promotes unity among the troops at their school. Girls develop team building.

Girls take action against poverty by connecting with local agencies to
serve the one in every six children living in poverty.

Winter Storm Safety
Girls learn how to be safe by preparing for winter storms.

Lightening and how it is formed and explored. Girls learn how to
stay safe during and after a thunderstorm.

Tornado Safety
Girls will learn about tornadoes as well as how to be prepared and safe
before and during a tornado.

Girls will learn how to be responsible for what they say and do.
Girls will learn how to make good choices in their own lives.
