While every Troop is special in its own way, Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council needs a few Troops to step forward and let the community know what we are all about! Troops with F.L.A.I.R. are Friendly, Leaders, Artistic, Inspired, and Raring-to-go! Lac Baie Council often receives requests for official uniformed Troops to participate in various community appearances. Each request we receive is different, whether it be for a full-uniformed and practiced Troop for a flag ceremony, or for a Troop that is known for their talent in certain areas, such as singing. Lac Baie Council is also always on the lookout for Troops who are willing to talk about the great world of Girl Scouting while working booths at various expos and non-profit fairs in the area with flair! Many of these requests occur on short notice, and Lac Baie Council appreciates every effort made by the Troop Leader, girls in the Troop, and family of the Troop to fulfill them.
