Upcoming Lac Baie Council Programs

She and Me T-SHIRT Design Contest!!

By popular request, this year we are offering a She and Me t-shirt design contest. Get creative and design what you want. The winner will not only get their design on the t-shirt, but they and one adult will be able to attend the She and Me camp for free. This is an individual girl project so spread the word and put on your creative thinking caps. The shirt must have on it the words She and Me Camp, Camp Ishnala, and Camp Cuesta. Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council CANNOT be on this shirt, however, Girl Scouts of Northwestern Great Lakes should be. (GSNWGL).  Draw your design on 8½ x 11 inch white paper.  Deadline is April 30, 2008.

Bridging Events

Girl Scouts of Lac Baie council will once again host bridging events for girls bridging from Brownies to

Juniors, and Juniors to Cadettes.   All bridging events will be held at the Council Office.

Ages:      Girl Scout Brownies and Girl Scout Juniors who are bridging to next program age level

Cost:      $5  Event:    #101 

Dates:     Saturday, April 19, 2008  Session A: 8:30 am - 11:00 am  Session B: 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm 

Saturday, April 26, 2008   Session C: 8:30 am - 11:00 am  Session D: 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm 

Deadline:  Friday, April 4, 2008

Daisy Bridging Kit

Daisy Leaders, a bridging kit has been created for you to help your Daisy’s bridge to Brownies.

Ages:      Girl Scout Daisy’s bridging to Brownies  Cost:      $2 per girl        Event:    #101 

Kits will be available for pick up at the office on Monday, March 10, 2008.  If you would like to pick up your bridging kit at your service unit meeting, please specify on your registration form. 

Deadline: Tuesday, April 15, 2008
