The Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council Juliette Low Society

With her famous summons to young women in the early 1900’s, Juliette Gordon Low organized the very first Girl Scout Troop ever. Her vision for the Girl Scouts included exciting adventures, helping people, caring for animals and the environment and having fun! Since that time, her vision has grown, along with membership in Girl Scouting. Today the Girl Scout mission is to inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service, that they may become happy and resourceful citizens.

The Juliette Low Society is an elite association that promotes the continuation of Juliette Low’s early vision. The Juliette Low Society is a unique membership opportunity for women who believe in and want to support the mission of Girl Scouting.

As a Juliette Low Society Member, your contribution supports Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council’s efforts to serve over 7,000 girls in a seven county area and provides positive female role models for tomorrow’s decision makers and leaders.
