Girl Scouts of Lac Baie Council Training Information Lac Baie Council provides training for
all volunteer positions, plus optional enrichment workshops on topics of
interest for adult volunteers throughout the Girl Scout year. There are many
available training opportunities within the council since training is provided
by volunteer and staff trainers in many locations at various times and days of
the week. All Leaders and Co-Leaders need to take Basic Leadership Training and
Program Age-Level Training within three months of becoming a Troop Leader or
Co-Leader. You can mail, phone, or email your training registration by giving
your name, address, phone number, Troop number, and the training date at least 3
days before the training date. Independent study is available for Basic
Leadership and Daisy, Brownie, Junior, and Girls 11-17 Program Levels. These studies can be
completed at your own pace and at your own convenience at home. For Trainings in your area, please
contact the council and indicate times, places, and the training you will need.
